The main application of PC CAT DMCHA is as a catalyst for rigid poly(gold vinyl acetate) foam
PC CAT DMCHA is a low viscosity moderately active amine catalyst for refrigerator rigid foam, sheet, spray and field infusion of polyurethane rigid foam. The catalyst is catalytic for both gel and foam, providing a more balanced catalytic performance for the foam and gel reactions of hard foam, it is a stronger catalyst for the reaction of water with isocyanate vinegar (foaming reaction), and also moderately catalytic for the reaction of polyol with isocyanate vinegar, it is a strong initial catalyst for foam reactions. Besides for hard foam, it can also be used as an auxiliary catalyst for molding soft foam and semi-hard foam, etc.
PC CAT DMCHA is particularly suitable for the formulation of two-component systems, can be dissolved in a variety of hard foam polyols and additives, stable performance in the combination of materials, adjustable and can be stored for a long time.

Storage and transportation
When transporting Catalyst, it should be strictly protected from rain and staining, carefully and gently stored to prevent leakage from collision with hard objects. When storing Catalyst, it should be stored at room temperature in a ventilated and dry warehouse, avoiding humid environment, and the storage temperature should be kept below 25℃, avoiding sunlight as much as possible, and away from water and heat sources. To prevent moisture absorption and oxidation, it is recommended to fill the container with nitrogen.
Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture, after which the product can be used after retesting.
Catalyst is somewhat toxic and should be rinsed with soapy water promptly after contact with skin. Staff can wear eye protection or safety glasses for the purpose of eye protection. Eye wash and drenching equipment should be provided near the workplace.
