NT CAT LA-13 is an emission-free (NE) gelling catalyst used in the production of all types of soft-form polyurethane foams. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a slight odor. NT CAT LA-13 is compatible with many polyols and isocyanates, and does not release any volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
