main function: a

 dimethylaminoethoxyethanol dmaee is a reactive low odor polyurethane catalyst, mainly used in polyurethane rigid foam, high rebound toy foam, has a special effect on foam skin curing. dimethylaminoethoxyethanol dmaee has a tertiary amine group and a hydroxyl group, so the chemical reaction is typical of amines and alcohols. dimethylaminoethoxyethanol dmaee has a strong catalytic effect on the chemical reaction of polyurethane foam produced by water and isocyanate. the hydroxyl group in this catalyst reacts with the isocyanate and thus chemically adheres the dmaee molecule to the polyurethane polymer. as a result, there is very little residual odor in the foam product made by this method.
